Location: Our Medspa address is 5113 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37919. (We are Suite 15 inside of Salon Privé Suites.)

Cancellation/No-Show Policy: As of November 2024, a credit card is required to reserve all appointments, whether scheduled online or by phone. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a $100 late cancellation fee, and any patient who fails to show up for their appointment without notice will also be charged this non-refundable $100 fee. If you need to reschedule within 12 hours of your appointment time, a $50 rescheduling fee will apply, which is also non-refundable. Patients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may not be able to be seen and will be subject to the $100 fee as well. These policies are in place to respect the time of our provider and to allow appointment openings for other patients who may need timely care.
